Easter

We were lucky enough to go over to our neighbors house today to celebrate Greek Orthodox Easter with them (Eleni's dad, Jerry, is Greek). I was really happy that Sarah was able to take a nap (a long one!) and we could bring our monitor over and that Anna actually played with Eleni and had a lot of fun!

Greek Easter! We had lamb and pastitsio and spinach pie. We're still eating leftovers. My mom goes all out!
The girls are just gorgeous. Sorry I haven't been in touch, but school ends next week. More soon, honest! Miss you

Ahh, I should have mentioned that Sarah loved the spinach pie! I've asked for Aksana's recipe but if you've got a good one I'll take, it, too! We had lamb kebabs (delicious!), too.
